1. Will I be picked up from my hotel in Istanbul? Yes, our tour is a full "door-to-door" service. You will be picked up from your hotel door in Istanbul by our private vehicle and transferred to the airport. Upon your return to Istanbul at the end of the tour, you will be met again and safely dropped off back at your hotel door. For guests staying in Airbnb rentals, we can arrange a meeting point at a convenient nearby location.
2. Are flight tickets and transfers included in the price? Yes, our package covers everything regarding transportation. Your round-trip flight tickets between Istanbul and Cappadocia, all airport-hotel transfers in both cities, and all in-tour transportation in Cappadocia are included in the fee. (Economy class: includes a 15kg checked bag and 8kg carry-on).
3. Is the hot air balloon tour included in the program, or is it paid extra? The balloon tour is an optional activity and is not included in the package price. By discussing it with our team during your booking, you can add this experience to your package. This ensures you are protected from potential availability issues and high price increases that often occur with last-minute bookings, allowing you to guarantee your spot in advance.
4. What kind of hotel will I stay in? To let you fully feel the spirit of Cappadocia, a 1-night stay in high-standard stone or boutique cave hotels, carefully selected by our team, is included in the tour.
5. What is the difficulty level of the hike during the tour? The hike through Red Valley and Rose Valley on the 2nd day is of moderate difficulty and is carried out at a pace that any healthy individual can enjoy. We recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip walking shoes.
6. Are museum entrance fees and meals included in the package? Yes, entrance fees for Zelve Open Air Museum, Ozkonak Underground City, and all other archaeological sites mentioned in the program, as well as lunches at local restaurants, are included in our package.
7. In which languages is the tour conducted? To maintain our service quality, this program is organized as a boutique group (regular) tour with a maximum of 12-14 people, and the guiding service is provided in English. However, if you prefer to book a private tour, we can provide professional guiding services in Spanish, Russian, Italian, and other languages upon request.
8. What should I bring with me? Mornings in Cappadocia can be cool; we recommend dressing in layers (a light jacket), and bringing sunscreen, a hat, and definitely comfortable shoes for the valley hikes.
9. What happens if the flight or balloon is canceled due to weather conditions? If the balloon tour is canceled due to weather conditions, the balloon fee you paid will be fully and unconditionally refunded to you.
10. Can I participate as a single person? Yes, you can join our tours alone. However, accommodation may be subject to a single room (single supplement) difference and/or additional charges for airport transfers.
